Stormy! Midnight blue Sapphire weighing 3.85 carats!

Looking at this sapphire, you can almost hear the thunder roll roll across the sky.

 It presents a silky blue black resting color, but when introduced to the light, you can see beautifully zoned color separating bands of greenish blue, sapphire blue, and midnight blue moving from translucent to opaque giving it a storm cloud appearance.

And if that wasn't enough, nature added proustite during its development, a mineral that has actual silver in it, giving it a lightning-esque silver sheen!

This unique piece has fantastic size measuring 10.8mm x 8.3mm x 4.5mm, and was heated only with no dyes or fillers!
