This property can include items like vehicles, electronics, jewelry, real estate, and more, which are forfeited due to violations of federal laws. The GSA's responsibilities in this domain include property management, public auctions, online sales, and sales listings. In addition to its live auctions, GSA Auctions is an online platform used to facilitate the sale of property more conveniently.

It caters to a wide range of sectors, including government, industrial, retail, and consumer goods. Some of their more diverse asset categories include industrial equipment, heavy machinery, IT and office equipment, and medical and laboratory equipment.
HUD Homes For Sale
The US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s website links out to official sales offered by entities such as the Department of Veteran's Affairs, Army Corps of Engineers, Department of Agriculture Rural Development, and more. This is a compilation of residential properties acquired by HUD due to mortgage foreclosure. This site outlines the process of obtaining a HUD home and how to avoid a foreclosure.
