Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering an account, placing a bid, or otherwise using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Registration By registering, you enter into a legally binding agreement with A.H.G., Inc. d/b/a U.S. Auction Online. Users must be at least 18 years old. To view current bids, complete Part 1 of registration with your name and email address. To bid, access your account and edit your profile to include your phone number, billing address, and shipping address. Users agree to provide accurate and current contact information and update it as needed. U.S. Auction Online may verify identity by email, telephone, payment verification, or other reasonable means. Accounts with false or incomplete information may be suspended or terminated. U.S. Auction Online reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any account at its sole discretion. To help prevent fraud, orders are generally shipped only to the billing address associated with the payment method used. If you wish to ship to a different address, that address must first be added as an approved shipping address by your card issuer. We reserve the right to request additional verification before approving an order or shipment. By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional electronic communications including account verification, registration confirmation, invoices, payment reminders, bidding activity, winning bid notices, shipping updates, and other account-related notices. These communications are required to use the service and satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. Merchandise All items are sold strictly “as is.” Purchasers assume all risks related to grading, quality, description, condition, authenticity, and provenance. We strongly suggest that bidders perform due diligence prior to placing bids. All photos are of the actual items unless otherwise stated. Exact weights, sizes, measurements, quality, and estimated auction values are not guaranteed. Certificates of authenticity, appraisals, and other documentation are professional third-party opinions; we do not guarantee their validity. Art items are guaranteed as to artist, signature, and medium. Bidders are solely responsible for reviewing descriptions, photographs, shipping costs, and all available information before bidding. If additional information is needed, contact us before placing a bid. U.S. Auction Online may use artificial intelligence ("AI") and other automated technologies to assist in preparing item descriptions, titles, categorizations, translations, and other website content. While we make reasonable efforts to review AI-assisted content for accuracy, such content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. All merchandise is sold subject to the complete item listing, photographs, and these Terms and Conditions. Bidders are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before placing a bid. U.S. Auction Online reserves the right to correct, modify, or update AI-generated or AI-assisted content at any time, with or without notice. Bidding All bids are final once submitted and may not be withdrawn except where required by law or expressly authorized by U.S. Auction Online. For certain items, the listing agent may impose a reserve price, which may remain confidential until the winning bid is confirmed. U.S. Auction Online may bid on its own behalf or on behalf of the consignor up to the reserve amount. If there are no bids above the minimum bid or reserve (whichever is higher), the Seller is not obligated to sell the item. We reserve the right to require deposits, establish reserve prices, change bid increments, verify bidder identity, and reject bids that appear fraudulent or irregular. Although auctions generally close at the published time, U.S. Auction Online reserves the right to extend any lot or auction due to bidding activity, technical issues, or circumstances affecting the integrity of the auction. Fraud & Account Misuse U.S. Auction Online is committed to maintaining a fair and secure marketplace. Users may not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct, including but not limited to:
U.S. Auction Online reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, require additional identity or payment verification, request a refundable security deposit, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel bids or purchases, withhold shipments, pursue collection efforts, and report suspected fraudulent activity to payment processors, financial institutions, credit reporting agencies, or law enforcement when appropriate. Returns & Guarantees Estimated values are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed due to market fluctuations and subjectivity in grading; market values are determined by the bidding process. U.S. Auction Online does not guarantee coin grades. Numismatic grading is complex and involves expert opinions. A limited guarantee is offered regarding all hand signatures, stones and metals, and watch makes (aftermarket parts may be present unless otherwise noted). All items are otherwise guaranteed as described. If gross discrepancies arise between an item and its description, returns for a full refund are gladly accepted. If an item is accurately described but you remain dissatisfied, most returns are accepted with deductions for shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Requests for returns and refunds must be received within 30 days of receiving your item. Visit our FAQ page for more information about returns. Settlement Settlement is due within two business days. To pay, log in at usauctiononline.com and select the “My Account” tab to view invoices for winning bids. Secure payment can be made on the website using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Winners may also pay by bank wire. Winning bidders are responsible for the full invoice amount, including final bid, shipping/handling, buyer’s premium, and applicable taxes. Invoices not paid within two days are considered past due. After two days, U.S. Auction Online may forward the account to Collections or consider the item unclaimed and re-auction it. We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file where authorized, request additional verification, suspend bidding privileges, cancel unpaid orders, re-auction unpaid items, and pursue collection efforts. Shipping Upon full payment, items will be shipped to the shipping address indicated during registration. ALL PO BOXES require a street address. We strive to ship all items as promptly as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days after payment for the item to be shipped. Larger merchandise may take longer. Shipping and handling costs are noted in each item’s description and include shipping, handling, materials, labor, and insurance coverage. Shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico are double the original fee. It is the bidder’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, the bidder must provide the correct address and pay any additional re-shipping fees. We are not a storage facility and cannot hold items longer than 30 days. Delivery estimates are estimates only. Returned, refused, or unclaimed shipments are subject to additional shipping charges. If reshipment is not arranged within thirty (30) days after notice, U.S. Auction Online may treat the property as abandoned and re-auction it without refund.
