$5 1988A Federal Reserve Note Error Note. Richmond Fed. I guess after a little while someone realized the error and pulled it. Seems like the reverse ink has about 60 % coverage on the obverse. Just some softer vertical folds Otherwise paper crisp and a little wavy as printed
