Mixed pattern! 6.75ct UNTREATED semi-black Jelly Opal!!
Step back now, this is an attention grabbing opal! Not just from its uncommon play of color, but also its body color! Shown here, believe it or not, is a semi-black jelly opal that is actually bi-color. The majority of its body presents a lush semi-black hue with preferred medium saturation that really makes this opal pop, but there is also a ribbon of clear white opal that runs across its top. You can see it plainly on the upper left side of the gem in the video. And this unique addition to its rich body color if filled with strong play of color! You have a vibrant mix of small block pattern and ribbon pattern, with touches of floral pattern mixed in for good measure, all showing vibrant greens and yellows with touches of red set against a backdrop of cobalt blues. And all of this color is suspended under a glistening liquid luster that gives it the appearance of being wet. It measures 15.4mm x 11.3mm x 7.2mm, and was sourced from Welo, Ethiopia. UNTREATED!!!
