This is a beautiful etching, after Rembrandt, by master engraver Amand Durand. Titled “Self Portrait Leaning Forward: Bust” (year of original 1628). Measurements: image size is 2″ x 2″ With border measures 6.5″ x 6.5″. On Somerset paper. Comes with a certificate of authenticity. Ref. #5 according to the British Catalogue, circa 1797, is a hand pulled-ETCHING from the AUTHENTIC & Original copper Rembrandt plates by Armand-Durand (1831-1905) overseen by Art World Industries, inc. This piece is in excellent condition, and has never been framed.
