This is an opal you won't see everyday. The matrix of this piece has a well defined and very unique snake skin pattern in rich earth tones with ribbons of opal that create surprising pops of color. This piece has incredible size, measuring 37.3mm x 25.7mm x 11.5mm, and is covered with a glistening luster. It is pre-drilled, and cones with a cord so it is ready to wear as soon as it arrives. Sourced from Australia. Unheated.
