Stunning Antique Sandstone Ganesh Statue - Cambodian

A very rare antique Cambodian Sandstone statue. Ganesh is the Hindu god best known to remove obstacles, bring prosperity and ensures success in human endeavors.  HAND CARVED in one solid piece of sandstone.   The statue depicts a seated Ganesh his right hand is holding his broken tusk (some believe this broken tusk wards off evil). His left hand holds a dish of sweets. The statue has a light and dark patina. Age related wear.  Material: Sandstone, Measurements: approximately 12 x 9 x 5 inches.
