$5 CSA Sept 2 1861 Counterfeit Note. CT 31/245 . Probably better inked than many of the real ones . Fairly clean and lightly toned. No pinholes just some odd short punctures with most of the fibers still there. Teeensie tear upper edge barely through BONDS. Nicks in the margin. A little more common counterfeit type. From a collection of 6 counterfeits.
