Exceptional 18kt solid yellow gold and platinum diamond engagement ring centering a 1.61 carat round brilliant cut diamond is mounted on a thick 18kt solid yellow gold shank with a platinum 6 prong head. Size is 4.5, but could easily be resized by a jeweler. The ring weighs 5.60 grams.
