Breathtaking 18kt yellow gold necklace mounted with 1 natural pear cut 4.50 carat blue sapphire framed by 68 natural earth mined mixed cut baguette diamonds alternating with 26 natural earth mined round cut diamonds. Total diamond weight is 5.11 cttw. This stunning necklace weighs 75 grams and measures 17 inches in length. The chain measures 10mm wide and the centerpiece is an impressive 43mm by 28mm. This necklace is finished with a slip-in groove closure secured by a single outside safety catch. Total weight: 75.03 grams
