This nice 14k white gold and diamond watch by Rolex is serial number 57392, crafted in 1954. Its Swiss-made calibre 6C movement features 17 jewels. The six round diamonds have an approximate total weight of 0.30 carats. Its matching 14k bracelet has a fold-over clasp with safety chain, and it has a maximum inside diameter of 6.25 inches. There is a small edge chip on the crystal at 9 o'clock (see detail). This watch is in good running condition and weighs 16.3 grams.
