Multi-patterned 1.76ct Welo Black Opal

The silky onyx black hue is touched with steely grey, and its top flashes with a rainbow of chaff greens, golds, reds, and indigos. The bottom features full cover wide block and chaff patterns of red and green with touches of orange that make this gem a true double threat. This piece has very strong saturation with a beautifully opaque body, and its covered by a glistening liquid luster. It measures 9.9mm x 7.8mm x 4.7mm, and was sourced from Welo, Ethiopia. Smoked.
