This is a really cool piece. It shows a sky blue hue that is strongest around its edges with just a slight green undertone that comes through in lower lighting. It has a tightly faceted top with a medium table that is framed in halo flashing, and beautiful internal characteristics that give it the illusion of frozen ice.
