Dancer Bronze Statue

The lean and elegant figurine is captured in riddance. Her two-dimensional appearance seems as though she was removed from a wall carving creating an interesting abstract illusion. She fans out the garments of her ankle-length dress amplifying the motion of her dance. Her right knee bends peaking out of the slit in her dress. She closes her eyes with the emotion of her dance as she serenely smiles. The dancer was cast using the age-old technique of lost wax casting and it is stained in a brown patina and mounted upon a marble base. Dimensions: Height 13 X Width 12 inches. Weight: 8 LBS.
