Biography: Tanya Naiman was born in 1952 in the city of Voronezh, Russia. She studied art at the Minsk School of Fine Arts and received a master's degree in mural painting at the Belarusian State Academy of Arts. During her studies, Tanya received classical art education with strong emphasis on anatomy studies, painting from live models, and the laws of classical perspective. She practiced canonic painting techniques and others such as fresco, stained glass, mosaic, icon painting, and more.
