$2 1996 Test Token from the Royal Canadian Mint. In holder along with the right up for these coins.

These tokens were given to vending machine companies to calibrate machines before the arrival of a coin with new composition.   The obverse shows three touchin maple leaves in the center and lettering within beaded border of the outer rim.  Reverse Has the same 3 maple leaves with Test Token Royal Mint.

These were supposed to of been returned to the Mint.  However some didin't make it back.
