A young bear standing on top of a cliff leaning its weight into a rock, strong and very big animals such as the bear are incredible to watch. It shows the bear had just caught a fish that wriggles hopelessly in its jaws. The wet fur of the bear runs down in his neck as he is content with what is for dinner, so he moves in a steady and slow pace making sure his food wont fall. To this day, bears play a prominent role in the arts, mythology, and other cultural aspects of various human societies. The bear was thought to possess diplomacy equal to its great strength and it is the emblem of ferocity in the protection of kindred. A bear is also a symbol of healing and personal health, strength, and bravery. Bear paws are also often found as crests or symbols on shields. The handmade Bronze Sculpture was cast using the ancient method of lost wax casting and stained with a brown patina finish for conservation and it is mounted upon a marble base. Dimensions: Height 5 X Width 8 inches. Weight: 7 LBS.
Size: 8x6x5
