Impressive 3.36 pound Ammonite decorative bowl

This has got to be one of the coolest pieces we've ever offered! What we have here is a decorative piece carved from ammonite fossils and matrix. It has fantastic size, measuring 316mm x 210mm x 41mm, and gives a still life effect to whatever is placed in it. You can observe multiple ammonites in the bowl itself, and it has the dramatic addition of a single ammonite on the tip of the piece. This is a single stone carving that took millions of years to make. *tangerines not included.
