The end of roll error originates from the markings or splices created by Crane and Co.  Before 1990 there is a vertical line in the upper left back of the note showing you have reached the end of the roll.  Since 1990 and after there is a green indicator strip that warns the press operator to stop production.  Sometimes they keep on going, which causes the end of roll error to get into circulation.

This note has misaligned face and overprint also.  Double error.  There is absolutely no left side margin.  The right margin is enormous.  While the back of the note is well centered.

Note is graded by PCGS as Very Fine 30 with a comment of stained on the back.
