A great example of a Fourth Printing 15 Cents Fractional Currency, this note has a vivid blue right end. This issue was the only 15 Cent Fractional Currency that was made for circulation. Examples are relatively scarce. This note has a single pinhole in the top right corner that's best noticed when backlit, but not objectionable in any fashion.
