Sharp 1838 Bust Half Dollar.Really dark patina. In a Fire? Different color Ive seen a lot of halves and collect the series. Nice hair, clap and drapery line in the bust. Full lines in the shield and full wings except the tips on either side. Must be the die. Strong talons and some definition in the leaves
