Boar Wild Pig Bronze Sculpture

The wild boar looks out at the beholder free and defiant coming out of the forests edge to forage for food in the late afternoon. His tucks, that continuously grow. In Celtic belief, symbolizes warrior spirit, courage, leadership and direction. He is strong, dangerous, intrepid and difficult to kill. Boar meets enemies with nobility and courage, signifying bravery and perseverance. The handmade bronze sculpture was captured using the ancient method of lost wax casting and stained with a brown patina finish for preservation. It is mounted upon a marble base.
