Top blue violet 6.42ct UNHEATED Tanzanite

This is a rare example of natural tanzanite. Heating is a perfectly acceptable treatment for this gem type, but this tanzanite is unheated, and is the same color as the rough that was mined in Tanzania. The color palette of this gem is rich and full, with a D block indigo blue hue, and easily observable crystal formations. It measures 13.3mm x 8mm x 6mm, and has a glistening superior luster.
