Magnificent 3.72ct disco flashing Black Opal

The color of this opal is in constant movement, smoldering and flashing through electric green and vibrant red with pops of gold and teal. Its black hue amplifies these colors, and you can easily observe its play of color from arms length. This all natural opal measures 15mm x 10mm x 4.9mm, and although heating is a common treatment, this example is unheated. Sourced from Welo, Ethiopia.
