The color of this gem is rich and velvety, and is enhanced by a stunning mirror quality superior luster. It is well cut with full bodied saturation, and a fully translucent body. This ruby was heat treated, evident by the presence of lead bearing glass. It was sourced from Madagascar, and measures 10.5mm x 8.6mm x 5.5mm.
