$ 1 Bank Of The City Of Petersburg Va July 1 1861. Legett 61 Rarity 5 . Good hand cutting . Interesting note. Bank building believe still exists with tons of marble in it. Decent ink signatures etc. Most of this series apparently punch cancelled. Building in an old prestigious neighborhood near the old railyard. Few older buildings remain as tornadoes have decimated a lot of the town.
