1902 Series $10 National Hampton Palmer Mass Note. Believe it to be a little tougher national. Two ink signatures. and charter number 4589. Nice portrait and ble seal Two sided note with more toning on the reverse. Lots of small fine fibers. Reverse with a touch more toning. Light green spot on the reverse conceivably printers ink. No pin holes tears or graffiti and good corners
