The photos of this piece give you an idea of play of color and body shape and color, but are not the whole visual story. This captivating opal displays a well defined blocked ribbon pattern with vibrant and unique linear play of color over its round body. You can observe its flash palette as it stacks against itself in florescent greens that shift into teals at certain angles and yellows at other with pops of cherry red and orange accents with touches of cobalt. It is gorgeous! Measuring 8.3mm x 4.9mm, it has a fantastic size for setting, and it is covered with a glistening liquid luster. Sourced from Welo, Ethiopia. Heated only!
