Vintage hand-made sterling silver pendant on 24" serpentine chain. The chain is made in the USA and is quality. The hand-made pendant sports a large faceted pear-shaped natural smoky quartz - it measures approximately 15x44mm. Please: note the main photo is back-lit to show color.
