Substancial weights. All by William Eley and William Fern or by William Eley , William Fern and William Chawner. Noted flatware makers. Crests of eagle heads and An arm with a fleur d lis above. Some 1798 some 1808 etc Length 6 1/2 inchs Weight 570 grams
