$20 1977 FRN Offset Error Back on Face Very Fine
“The offset or wet ink transfer places a retrograde image on the wrong side of the bill. Within the printing industry, including the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), offsets carry the designation of blanket impressions.”
Bold offset of the entire back design across the front. There is marked insufficient inking of the back. There is a small ATM mark in the right margin.
