This is a fantastic gemstone featuring a vivid pinkish red hue accented by a slight violet undertone with a superior luster. This gorgeous example was sourced from Mozambique, and has a low oval cut measuring 8.5mm x 7.3mm x 4mm giving it a larger surface area. This ruby was heated only, and has a Mohs hardness rating of 9 out of 10.
