They lurk in the shadows. Their eyes see all. Their movements are lethally stealth. This poor moose discovered just that as he took a lazy moment to graze in what he thought was a deserted field. A fast-moving Jaguar strategically slips beneath the moose and curls it is massive paws around the moose neck. He sinks his canines into its neck. His face pulls back in a vicious snarl and his ears flatten. The moose begins to lose his balance but if he does he is lunch. A wild cat bite can crush its prey bones, leaving the victim helpless. The moose will still be alive when the Jaguar begins to feed. This carefully detailed brown patina sculpture was cast using the Lost Wax Method.
