Yellow Labs actually cover a color range from a light cream to shades of gold and fox red. Yellow coloring is a recessive gene and yellow pups were originally culled until the 20th century. The first Yellow Lab on record was born in 1899 and was recognized as a breed by the Kennel Club in 1903. This multi color Patina Sculpture Was Cast Using The Lost Wax Method.
