2 coins, 1878-7TF PCGS MS-63:  Rev 78  &  Rev 79   NOTE:  The public disliked the Concave (sunken) design of the Eagle's breast on the original Morgan Dollar reverse, so the Mint redesigned the breast to be Convex (rounded), effective as of 1879.  Towards the end of 1878, the Mint ran out of Reverse dies.  Rather than halt production or order additional obsolete dies, the Mint opted to begin using the newer die version, and create a rarity.   NOTE:  This Lot contains an example of each Type, to clearly show the comparison.  Each is a Choice Unc example.  The more rare example (Rev79) is a particularly stunning piece, with flashy luster and sharp detail.
