1866 Double Taler Frankfurt German States, Lustrus frosty white ever so lightly toned 1866 Double Taler Frankfurt Germany. Terrific field with very lively surfaces Probably near Unc obverse and Unc reverse. Minimal nicks on the face. Known as the Rothschild Love Dollar, the lady who posed for the coin was a famous at the age and was rumored to be involved with the Rothschilds (richest people in the US at the time).Scarcer denomination
