This gemstone has a low profile cut with a small table, so the gem cutter decided to maximize its surface area with facets on top of facets, giving you a gorgeous overlapping display. This not only maximizes the light return from its superior luster, but gives it amazing size since literally half of its weight is visible! So this aquamarine measures a whopping 14.5mm x 11.1mm x 4.9mm, giving it a larger surface area with a slimmer profile making it perfect for pendant setting. Sourced form Brazil. Untreated!!!
