$10 Jan 1 1839 Texas Treasury Hand Signed Sam Houston Note. With an interesting Heintz Traveling Museum notice on it. Punch cancelled. Faces up decently as Texas notes tend to come in poor condition. Three teensie pinholes upper left. Cross cancel looks irregular by left signature More like a poor cut that snagged a little. Nice vignettes Treasurer must have been after or before Sam Houston.
