Presented here is a 6.08 carat pure ruby with a very low profile pendant cut. And since it has such a low profile, that means that its entire top is literally half of the ruby, giving it a tremendous surface area measuring a whopping 14.8mm x 11.8mm x 3.5mm. But the color of this piece is the real attraction. It shows a violet red hue with nuances of pink and touches of orange that swim through its color palette like impressionist koi fish.
