Olympic Sport Ice Skater Bronze Sculpture

A lovely lady puts on a show. Well trained in the art that she loves, she shows off her agility, balance, and flexibility. She elevates her long lean leg far behind her. Her fingertips graze her calf and she gracefully outstretches her other slender arm to the sides of her. Her chest pushes out and her head tips forward, basking in the glory of center stage. Every movement is deliberate and structured, from the tips of her toes to the tips of her fingers. Not even her hair moves without her intention. She trained for many years for the moment when she would be the center of the spotlight. This sculpture was cast using the Lost Wax Method and mounted on a marble base.
