Now this is an interesting sapphire! It has perhaps one of the most interesting and unexpected color shifts that you are likely to see. When viewed in cooler lighting, this piece exhibits a bright burnished gold hue. But when seen in warmer lighting, you get a rich peach with nuances of pink. The shift is subtle, but definitely noticeable. And this change is all natural! This is an untreated gemstone! It has a classic oval cut with a high polished superior luster, and measures 7.5mm x 6.6mm x 3.6mm. Sourced from Tanzania.
