Fabergé-Style Trans-Siberian Railway Trinket Box

A Fabergé-style egg measuring about 5 inches tall and approximately 2.36 inches wide and is made from an alloy of non-ferrous metals with green enamel detailing. The hinged egg opens to function as a small trinket or jewelry box and contains a miniature train figurine inside. The design is inspired by the historic Trans-Siberian Railway Egg created in 1900 in the workshop of Peter Carl Fabergé for Tsar Nicholas II, who presented it as an Easter gift to Empress Alexandra Feodorovna.
