Delightful Boy Bronze Statue

The bronze cherub-like youth has discovered a nest full of eggs and their mother. In his right hand, he carries the nest while he holds the mother up from closer inspection. A fabric banner crawls around his small frame as he steps forward looking for a safe place to watch the family grow. He was captured using the archaic method of lost-wax casting and stained with a brown patina finish for conservation and mounted upon a marble base. Dimensions: Height 13 X Width 6 inches.
