The Chariot Modern Bronze Sculpture

Rising above two towering wheels that echo the form of an ancient Egyptian chariot, a filament-thin female figure stands in a state of delicate balance. She appears suspended between opposing forces: motion and stillness, advance and retreat. Her posture suggests perpetual equilibrium, as if time itself has paused to observe her tension.

The Chariot was inspired in part by the memory of a gleaming pharmacy cart, its quiet precision transformed into a sculptural language of balance and distance. The work also reflects a deliberate exploration of negative space, positioning the figure in isolation to heighten visibility and to establish a precise, intentional relationship with the floor below.

Both architectural and poetic, the piece invites the viewer to consider fragility, control, and the quiet drama of suspended movement.
