Ruby in zoisite is incredibly hot right now, and this is a prime example why. But to be honest, this is pretty much a ruby carving with a touch of zoisite on its corner. Yes, that makes it worth more, but we received it as ruby in zoisite, so we have listed it as ruby in zoisite. But maybe it's more appropriate to call this piece a zoisite in ruby? But now back to the piece! You have beautifully swirling color saturation that highlights the natural development over millions of years showing bold violet reds mixed with smoky violets under a liquid luster that makes it look wet. It has amazing size, measuring 46.5mm x 43.5mm x 24mm, and is all natural with no treatments! But the really amazing part is the fact that ruby will fluoresce under UV lighting, as you can see in the pictures, and even comes with its own UV flashlight so you can show it off.
