The color palette of this gem is bright, with a steely blue hue that moves to light blue with touches of green around its edges, all with light saturations. It was cut from pure Tanzanian sapphire, and was heated only. Weighing well over one carat, and measuring 9mm x 4.7mm x 2.3mm, it is perfect for a dramatic setting, or to add a deeper dimension to an already existing one. And with a Mohs hardness rating of 9 out of 10, this very unique sapphire is as durable as it is beautiful, and an excellent choice for everyday wear.
