Bi-color 2.44ct Welo Black Opal

The silky onyx black hue of this opal moves to a reddish gray, and flashes with pops of blood red and electric greens with yellow and orange highlights. This piece has varied saturation with a beautifully opaque to translucent body, and its covered by a glistening liquid luster. It measures 11.7mm x 8mm x 5.4mm, and was sourced from Welo, Ethiopia.
