Extremely rare and one of a kind handmade antique circa 1930s Persian Serapi rug. Size 8.6x11.3 feet, made of fine quality baby lamb's wool pile on cotton foundation, all natural vegetable dye, the lovely rug incorporates strong cultural and historic tribal and floral design elements and is framed beautifully by a floral design border. Hand woven in Iran.
