Where most faceted examples are clear, this rare hambergite exhibits a uniqe silver hue with full cover chatoyancy that makes it shine white when tilted. The silver hue exhibits metallic qualities, while the white hue exhibits pearlescent qualities. It measures 8mm x 7.8mm x 4.4mm and has a Mohs hardness rating of 7 out of 10, and out of the tens of thousands of beautiful and rare gemstones that have been offered here, this is the only example of this gem type.
